Questions,answered.
The questions we hear most often — about materials, scheduling, warranties, and what it's like to work with the studio.
How long does a typical window or door installation take?+
Most residential replacements take one to three days on-site, depending on opening count and material. New construction and custom geometries are scheduled around the framing timeline — we'll provide a project-specific window when we estimate.
Do you handle both residential and commercial projects?+
Yes. Our team specifies and installs across single-family residential, multi-family, hospitality, and commercial storefronts. Many of our most rewarding projects sit somewhere in between.
What brands and materials do you work with?+
We are a full-service dealer for premium vinyl, wood, copper-clad, aluminum, steel, and fiberglass systems — plus Velux for skylights and sun tunnels. We specify by program rather than brand loyalty.
Do you offer custom shapes and oversized units?+
Constantly. Arches, trapezoids, faceted skylights, and structural-glass spans are our preferred problems. Bring drawings or sketches — we'll talk feasibility and lead time.
What warranties cover your work?+
Manufacturer warranties pass through to you, and we back our installation labor for the life of the install. Specific terms are summarized in your estimate packet.
How are estimates structured?+
We provide line-item estimates after a walk-through (in person for local projects, via plans and photos for remote ones). No high-pressure pricing games — just a clean number you can plan around.
Do you service product after installation?+
Yes. Sash adjustments, hardware swaps, glass replacement, and re-glazing are all part of being a full-service dealer rather than a one-time vendor.
Which areas of Utah do you serve?+
The entire Wasatch Front and surrounding mountain communities. See the Areas Served page for the full list.
